Description
Vinification 
Before being pressed, a maceration takes place for six hours. 70% of the must ferments in small oak barrels and 30% in stainless steel barrels. Maturation in oak and steel barrel on the fine lees for sixteen months, followed by a few months in the bottle, produce a refined taste and aroma.
Recommended with 
Ideal with fish, seafood, rice dishes and poultry.
