• These General Terms and Conditions govern the online sale by Weingut Pfitscher einfache landwirtschaftliche Gesellschaft, located in 39040 Montan (BZ), Dolomitenstraße 17, VAT No. 03061060210, registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano under No. BZ-228731, of its wine products through the websites www.pfitscher.it, shop.pfitscher.it, and club.pfitscher.it (hereinafter “Website”).
• The present General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively between Weingut Pfitscher and each customer purchasing online through the aforementioned Website.
• They regulate the conclusion of the contract, the delivery, and any related obligations concerning the purchase of the products offered on the Website.

1.1. The subject of the contract is the sale of products offered in the online catalog of the Seller on the Website and selected by the customer via telematic order procedure.
1.2. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the Website, and any discrepancies between image and product do not constitute a contractual element.
1.3. The Seller commits to delivering the selected products against payment according to the terms of the contract.

2.1. Before confirming the order, the customer undertakes to read and accept these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2. The contract is concluded when the customer receives confirmation via email with the order number, price, delivery charges, and a link to the present terms.
2.3. Only adults are permitted to conclude purchase contracts.

3.1. All prices are in Euro, inclusive of applicable VAT, and are clearly shown on the Website and in the confirmation email.

5.1. Products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the customer within the delivery period stated on the Website.
5.2. If the customer is not present at delivery, further instructions will be provided.

6.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or internet disruptions.
6.2. Liability for fraudulent use of payment methods is excluded, provided due diligence was observed by the Seller.

7.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product receipt without providing a reason.
7.2. Products must be returned unused, complete, and in original packaging at the customer’s expense.
7.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return, excluding shipping fees.

8.2. The customer agrees to receive all contractual communications via the email address provided during registration.

9.1. The customer is informed about data processing through the Privacy Policy accessible via the Website.
9.2. Data will be processed according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

10.1. Italian law applies to the contract.
10.2. Unless otherwise provided by consumer protection laws, the competent court is that of the Seller’s registered office.
